Our Family Heritage
Once a dairy farm, we share our home with a hardy and historic breed of sheep that have roamed Iceland’s hillsides for over a thousand years. Raised with care and respect, our Icelandic sheep graze on pastures and thrive on being grass fed. We take pride in their exceptional wool — known for its softness, strength, and weather-resistant qualities — and in the rich, natural flavor of their meat. Rooted in tradition, our farm is a labor of love, built on generations of hard work, deep connection to the land, we are doing our best to preserve, and better what Grandpa and Grandma worked so hard to build together.
